Payment Process
Follow these steps to complete your certification payment
Complete Language Test
Take the online language proficiency test and receive your recommended certification level.
Submit Registration Form
Complete the certification registration form with your personal details and chosen language/country.
Receive Payment Instructions
After registration, you will receive your unique Application ID and payment challan form via email.
Make Payment at Bank
Visit any designated European bank and submit the pay challan with your Application ID reference.
Payment Verification
Our finance department verifies your payment within 2-3 business days of receipt.
Certificate Issuance
Upon successful verification, your official certificate is issued and sent to your registered address.

Important Payment Instructions
Pay Challan Form
After completing your registration, you will receive a pay challan form via email. This form must be presented at the bank when making your payment. The challan contains your unique Application ID and payment amount.
Payment Reference
Always include your Application ID (format: ELC-XXXXXX) in the payment reference field. This ensures your payment is correctly matched to your application. Payments without proper reference may be delayed.
Payment Verification
After making your payment, keep the bank receipt as proof of payment. Our finance department will verify your payment within 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your payment is verified and your certificate is being processed.
Important Notice
Payments must be made in EUR (Euros) only. Do not make payments to any account other than the official accounts listed above. The Europe Language Certificate Authority will never request payment via wire transfer to personal accounts or cryptocurrency.
